ONE-SIDED LAMINATING LAYOUT REQUIREMENTS
Sheets that need to be laminated on one side only must have at least a 1/2" space from the image area to the edge of the sheet on all four sides. Image area is anything the press puts on the sheet including varnish and aqueous coating. If varnish or aqueous coating runs past the image area and close to the edge of the sheet, special handling may be necessary which may require additional fees (see aqueous coating facts).
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT TRIM SHEETS TO THE FINAL SIZE PRIOR TO LAMINATING ON ONE SIDE.

TWO-SIDED LAMINATING LAYOUT REQUIREMENTS
Flush Cut Edge - Film trimmed flush to the edge of the paper. In order to get a precise flush cut edge, it is recommended that sheets should not be trimmed to the final size before laminating--trim AFTER the lamination has been placed on the paper. Flush can be done after trimming, but there may be a slight amount of lamination on the edge.
Sealed Edge - An 1/8" (or preferred width) of sealed lamination that encapsulates the sheet by sealing beyond the sheet. If the piece is to be laminated with a sealed edge, please supply sheets trimmed accurately to the final size or request for us to trim before laminating. If the sheets are not exactly the same size, then your edge seal size or finished sheet size will vary.
See Adhesion Results facts and Films tab for further information on lamination film.
